Faulty sump pump damage

A faulty sump pump caused water to back up onto this basement.  Unlike clean water from a broken pipe, the dirty water from a sump pump takes extra attention and precautions to clean the mess effectively.  The carpet had to be removed in this case in order to properly remediate the area.  The area was then thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before reconstruction began.  We used natural stopping points such as the bottom of the stairs to limit the amount of demolition that needed to be done and save money where possible.  Of course, we worked closely with the insurance company to make sure the claim was handled properly and quickly.  If you suffer a disaster contact us to make it "Like it never even happened."
